CPE Terms

CPE Terms: To receive your CPE credit, you will be required to complete an evaluation at the end of each program.  You will only be allowed to complete the evaluation and receive CPE credit if you have met the following program requirements:

  • Live Online Programs—Per NASBA directive, to earn CPE credit for attending, you must log in within 15 minutes of the start of the live webcast and respond to three out of four polls/alertness checks per CPE credit hour, which will appear on your screen at different intervals throughout the webcast.
  • On Demand / QAS Self-Study Programs – Per NASBA directive, to earn CPE credit for participating, you must complete the Qualified Assessment System components of the program.  Specifically, you must respond to a minimum of three Review & Remediation questions and five Final Exam questions per CPE credit hour and score 70% or better on the Final Exam.

The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: Web site: https://www.nasbaregistry.org/
