The current DOL, NLRB, and EEOC agencies are more active than ever in investigating and imposing penalties on employers. New regulations and interpretations have created new challenges for employers. Join Employment and OSHA, Construction, and Litigation Attorney Julie Pace as she shares the latest employment law updates and compliance strategies and tools for companies to utilize to help ensure you are prepared to address government investigations. With more than 30 years of experience as an attorney, Julie Pace has handled a wide variety of government audits and can share real life stories and cases.
