Communicating at the Right Speed is a fun and enlightening presentation about the importance of great communication in any organization. Research has shown that poor communication is a key factor in employee stress and turnover. It’s a critical component of customer and client relations. Rick tells a story of how a group of good employees achieve something amazing simply because they communicated effectively. As Rick points out, Communicating at the Right Speed isn’t about doing things faster, but understanding when to move quickly and when things need to slow down.
